How does the tongue analysis work?

Our AI-powered tongue analysis uses advanced computer vision models trained on thousands of annotated tongue images. Initial detection is processed through our secure application infrastructure on private servers in Europe, detecting both global features (like tongue color and coating) and local features (like specific spots or cracks).

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. Initial tongue image detection is processed on secure private servers in Europe and images are not stored by the image detection service. Images are not sent to third-party AI providers unless you explicitly use AI advisory or image analysis features. When you use those features, images are sent to our AI service provider for analysis and are subject to their data processing policies. Only expert users can upload annotated images to our research database. Our AI assistant is powered by a proprietary TCM knowledge base built from curated clinical literature and expert annotations, ensuring responses are grounded in authentic Traditional Chinese Medicine sources.

What subscription plans are available?

We offer FREE, PRO, and PRO+ plans. The FREE plan includes basic tongue analysis with limited atlas access. PRO and PRO+ plans unlock unlimited atlas access, AI chat assistant, and data export features. Visit our Pricing page for detailed information.

Can I export my analysis reports?

Yes. PRO and PRO+ subscribers can export comprehensive analysis reports including images, detected features, AI analysis, and treatment-oriented recommendations in PDF format.

How accurate is the AI analysis?

Our models are trained on extensive datasets of expert-annotated tongue images. While highly accurate, the AI should be used as an educational analysis aid, not a replacement for professional medical judgment. Always consult with qualified TCM practitioners for medical decisions.

How do I become an expert user?
